It’s been a while since I last posted. There’s lots that I want to say but I’ve not quite figured out how to say it. I’ll get there at some point, too much to take in and think about over the last few weeks. Too much to be able to put into words just yet.
In the meantime, how about a spotify playlist? A little something to pass the time. I’ve named this one Decadence & Descansa – it’s a sort of a representation of how I’ve felt about the world around me recently (descansa means relax in Spanish btw).
It’s been some crazy days, from manic times at ATP Festival (love to you Godspeed You! Black Emperor), fun and sadness, ups and downs, confusion & bewilderment, crazy sleepless nights and nights tucked up watching the darkness outside. I feel like I’ve been living in two totally different worlds of late – both mentally and physically – busy, happy & normal on the one hand and sad, lonely and confused on the other. This is where my brain has led me.
Playlist adjectives:
Slow, dark, frantic, deep, melancholy, stirring, cosy, scared, safe.

1. Here We Go Magic – Collector
